How to Disable the 30 second pause between incoming phone calls?

New to ring central.

I work for a mfg. company for sales and tech and we have a queue for the incoming tech calls.

Average around 30-50 calls per hour.

After a call is finished there is a 30 second pause until the next call appears.

Is there a way to control this pause? Can i disable it or turn it on as I need it?

Sometimes I want to answer the calls and get people taken care of ASAP and the 30 second pause makes the process take forever.

To control this pause between calls would be a gamechanger.

Any help is appreciated.

The setting you are describing is "Call wrap up". The default setting is 15 seconds and it prevents subsequent calls from ringing, giving the call queue member time to prepare, take notes, document the call etc.

To change it navigate to Phone System > Groups > Call queues > click on the call queue > Call Handling & Members.
In here change After call wrap-up time to 0 seconds
