Call Queue: Disable Prompt for Outside Phones - 2021

It is very disappointing to see that this request has been an open issue since 2014. Please add the option for a call queue participant to turn off the prompt to accept call for non RingCentral phones. Is it common for customer requested features to languish for 7 years without any update?
