How do we change the default dial-in number in Video Meeting email invite?

How do we change the default dial-in number in Video Meeting email invite to show as (Canada - Toronto) instead of (Canada - Montreal)? The email invites are defaulting to Canada - Montreal and I cannot find a way to change it.
