Why does RingCentral keep logging out application users?

I have uses on the RingCentral application and they keep getting logged out. It is random. How do I fix it. They are also logged in to the RingCentral Salesforce application.

I haven't heard about this behavior recently from any other customers.
Have you reached out to Support to troubleshoot this issue?
