macbook unable to make and receive calls using ring central

Have a user using RC app on macbook with macOS 10.15.4 (x86_64) . He can send and receive text messages but if he tries to make call using it the call gets stuck on connecting ...... message and never goes through .However works fine when he use same credentials from his iPad . If someone tries to call him the ipad works fine but macbook does not receive any calls and after a few minutes it goes to missed call section . He is not using any VPN and we installed latest RC version from the webiste for him . with and without headphones makes no difference as the call never completes be it incoming call or outgoing call . We removed and resintalled app and tried RC website on his laptop and it does not work even thru website ONLY ON THE LAPTOP .
