Add a clickable button or a check box in the waiting room?

I realize I'm resurrecting this thread from 2 years ago, but here's a thought:

Rather than giving people the URL to your waiting room, give them the URL to a webpage you host. On that webpage, have your legal terms and any other information you like, along with an "ACCEPT" button. Set it so that when the button is clicked it launches the URL for the waiting room.

Would that work?
