I need assistance in getting in contact with my account manager or someone that’ll respond.
Over the last year, I’ve been in contact with an assigned account manager, on numerous occasions communication between my team, and myself has broken down completely - we’ve been left in the dark for weeks on multiple occasions. I can highlight one occasion of being provided with numbers that are completely unusable for us
This is a recurring theme with RingCentral and is proving to be very disappointing.
