Can't do outbound call on one extension

To help us diagnose the problem, could you please provide a bit more detail:

1. What happens when you try to make a call to these specific numbers? Do you hear a busy signal, a fast busy, dead air, an error message (and if so, what exactly does it say?), or does the call just fail to connect?
2. Are the "few numbers" external numbers (like cell phones or landlines outside your company) or internal extension numbers within your organization?
3. Are the two affected extensions desk phones, softphones (on a computer), or mobile app extensions?
