I need to obtain a list of individuals who attended a RingCentral Webinar/Meeting. Is there a way to do this. I know that the ability exists to document that X individuals attended the meeting but there is no method to identify "who" actually attended, for how long, etc.

Hi Mike,

Here's a KB article about some of the reports you can pull about meetings. You can confirm individual attendees, but you're not able to confirm specifics about the attendees, like how long they were on the meeting for.

Thanks Jessica. We have a webinar coming up this weekend so we will give this a shot to see if it gives us what we need for attendance tracking.
