has anyone had and issue with participates joining a call the host did not invite them to ?

I had this very issue today. Was it ever resolved for you? I had a meeting invite from Outlook with RC Meeting call in details, then we had another employee join who was never invited. They did receive the desktop pop up notification that the meeting had started, clicked that, which connected them to the meeting
