I recorded a meeting on Friday, today is Monday and it is still "processing" when I go into my recordings list. Is there a way to retrieve this meeting? I don't see this issue on the Ringcentral forums, but I looked up this question on the Zoom forums and apparently some Zoom recordings are stuck in "processing" indefinitely but can be retrieved by contacting Zoom Support. It'd be nice if that was possible with RC as well.
