virtual background on free accounts possible?

I am new to RC :-)

Created a free account. Trying to add a virtual background but I don't have nor see this option. Do free accounts NOT have the option to use virtual backgrounds or even my company logo?

Virtual meeting is for RingCentral meeting and is disabled by default.

By default meeting is not supported in free account. If you are a customer, then they can activate it on request by sending your PROD account details:

Thank you Phong. I can start meetings. I can schedule meetings. This is not the problem. The problem is that I don't see nor have the option to add my company logo to my background nor add a virtual background. Where is it? How do I add it? I have tested the web app, downloaded the desktop app, and have tried https://app.glip.com/# . I don't have the option to add a background logo nor work with virtual background.
