I am using RingCentral Automator. I wanted to setup auto-replies for one of our Queue Groups. I am able to create the rule, but I am not able to select the phone number for the queue group as the “Sent from” number (only my personal RingCentral number is displayed).

@jasonnoel Thank you for your question. This is a common question. Right now it is not possible to send SMS from a call queue, but we are working on a fix for that. In the meantime, I feel it would be a good idea to recommend you take a look at BeeTexting, a partner that provided advanced SMS capabilities including a shared SMS inbox for call queues. They are very popular in our ecosystem, and customers find their product very helpful.
