I have tried to update my credit card information and it says it is not accepted and gives me a toll free number to call.  I call the number and all I get are prompts and canned messages.  I cannot get through to a real person to solve this problem.
Hi Cheryl - you can update your billing info by logging in to your account and clicking the "Billing" tab. What did you encounter when you tried to do this?
I did that, entered all of my new information and it was not accepted.
