Has anyone seen a Group Call Queue revert to state of when the queue was created as opposed to updates that had been made, tested and used for over month?

Hi @GGlendon Were you able to resolve this issue? Occasionally, it can occur due to certain system problems, and the most effective solution is often to rebuild the call queue extension.


I was able to resolve by rebuilding the profile. Concern was what caused the profile to go back to a previous setup. Thank you
