Hi
When we implemented AI Transcription we realised that we needed to enable our non admin (Enterprise Standard User) accounts the permission to update notes in Bullhorn. Previously non admin users were only allowed to create new notes. Since we enabled server side logging, we have reverted the permissions the change so that standard users are only allowed to create, and not update notes, as the connection was going to be established by the API user account (which has admin permissions) and allowed to update as well as create notes.
However, we have discovered that calls are now being logged, but AI transcriptions are not being added, even though server side logging is enabled and connected through the API users. I have tested the credentials, and logged into Bullhorn to establish the connection through the API user account.
AI transcription continues to work for Bullhorn admin accounts.

The server status shows as Offline on clients, even though the API user appears to be connected. The App Connect client is showing as connected by their Username (Admin) on the clients, so it seems that server side logging is enabled and working.

It appears to me that perhaps the API users could be establishing the connection, but still requiring user access to update the notes - though this doesn't explain Offline status on the App Connect client.
We can probably fix this by asking Bullhorn to revert the user permissions, but we do not want standard users to have the ability to edit notes in Bullhorn once created.
Can you help?
Thanks
Rian
