New logging option for RingCentral: You can now log the RingCentral user name and phone number associated with a call, giving you more detailed call information.

More reliable agent notes: We've improved how agent notes are handled. The App Connect client will now upload any manually entered notes to the server immediately after a call, ensuring they are pulled into server-side call logs more reliably.

Improved date and time settings: We've made minor improvements to the date and time format settings, making them more consistent and user-friendly.

Clearer error messages: The system will now provide a better error message if it attempts to create a server-side call log that already exists, helping you troubleshoot issues more effectively.
