Calls are not auto-logging when there is no contact

Calls are not automatically logging, getting message that there is no contact associated with number. I am wanting every incoming call to auto log the most basic information available for tracking and then manually add details in pipedrive

@wasteawaywny You should find plenty of content about this particular issue. Calls can only logged against a contact in any CRM. So if the contact does exist, cannot be found, or when it is unclear which contact to log a call against, App Connect can’t log the call. Here are some articles to help:

We are always open to suggestions about how to improve this behavior. One option we have been contemplating is automatically creating the contact (or a lead if it is supported) using caller ID information. But this is some time off.
