The latest version of App Connect, version 1.3.6, addresses a myriad of issues that many users have shared with us. Most notably, we have worked to enhance admin-managed settings to help settings be distributed and updated across an organization more quickly and seamlessly. We also have introduced a new trial-mode for server-side call logging so admins can test the feature before deploying across their whole company. Let's look at all the updates in this release.
Framework
- Admin-managed settings are now updated automatically at a set interval, and whenever users access the Settings tab. Admins can have greater confidence that when they change settings, those settings will propagate more quickly and easily.
- We fixed an issue with retroactive logging, and now include a link to a recording if it is available.
- We have enhanced the display of settings to provide more helpful descriptions.
- We moved the "Call log details" settings group under "Call and SMS logging".
- Server-side logging has a trial mode which allows an admin to test the feature without deploying it across their whole account.
Clio
- We updated the Clio adapter so that a time entry is always added to a phone call, and now use a "Non-billable" toggle to control whether clients will be billed for the phone call or not.
Redtail
- The Redtail adapter has been updated so that the timezone offset is now managed in App Connect. This helps users get more accurate and intuitive times for the calls they log. Users may need to re-auth to Redtail for the feature to take effect.
Bullhorn
- We updated our authorization checking process to be more reliable and check if a user's current session is valid or not.
- We fixed another occurrence on the appointment draft page in which the App Connect logo bleeds through on Bullhorn screens/emails/published web pages.
NetSuite
- We fixed an issue in which an empty note field would cause an error when creating a sales order.
