Server Side logging not logging the End User

Server side logging keeps logging calls under the Admin account only. Also, the new User Mapping section is only showing 14 valid end users. We have around 300 end users. I’ve tried enabling server side logging fresh and re-entering the credentials. Will it only log correctly for those listed in the User Mapping section?

Thanks for the information. I’ve just deployed a patch. Let me know if it fixes the problem.

It attempts to match RingCentral and CRM users via an email address. Any that cannot be matched will be left in a state of unmatched. The user mapping feature can help you map the unmapped users (or remap existing users).

Let me DM you so schedule a troubleshooting session with me.

@sburton The user mapping issue. Do you mean it’s the RingCentral extension users missing or Bullhorn users missing?

The current logic should return all RingCentral individual user extensions (so no Call Queue, not Bots) and Bullhorn users who are not deleted.

In the AppConnect extension under the User Mappings within the Admin settings it shows a list of Bullhorn Users.  The list is only showing a small portion of our total users. Emails are both in RC and BH, so they should be able to be mapped.

I can confirm that the mapping list only shows 15 mapped users for us as well. A search for missing users on the list shows no results.

It looks like I can see all the mapped users now. I really appreciate the prompt response @dakong
