We are thrilled to share our continued commitment to enhancing your RingCentral experience. We are still working to refine some of the features we pushed hard to deliver at the end of last year, including integration with RingCentral's AI Assistant and the automatic logging of calls via a server-side service. Meanwhile, we wanted to provide a glimpse of what's coming in the next quarter:
- Server-side call logging for all supported CRMs and adapters: Expanding our automatic call logging capabilities to be compatible with a broader range of CRMs.
- Contact Search: You will soon be able to manually link phone calls to any contact in your CRM via a simple search, providing a streamlined and efficient workflow.
- SalesOrder associations in NetSuite. Later this month you will be able link calls to Sales Order objects in NetSuite - a feature requested by our community.
- Extensible Widget Framework: A new framework for developers, allowing adapters to inject data from the CRM directly into the primary phone UI, creating a more integrated and seamless user experience.
- New App Connect Adapter for Google Sheets: For those who don't use a dedicated CRM service, this new adapter will enable easy data management with Google Sheets.
