Has anyone else migrated from MAX to CXOne Agent? It’s very buggy and is not user friendly. Are there talks of cleaning things up? For example, transferring a call takes 4 steps. And once the call is transferred you’re stuck in ACW until your timer runs out, you cant manually put yourself in another state.
