RingCX Historical Dashboard - Editing

When I add different information to the historical dashboard, such as the agent average handle time, I would like to edit it so it doesn’t the columns I don’t need (i.e. Agent Group, Agent ID, Agent Group ID).  I see there is a configuration button when I edit it, but it doesn’t give me the same ability to add or remove columns or pieces of data like the historical report do.  Is there a way to do this in the historical dashboard?

I think I figured it out.  What I did was I edited a historical report to be configured the way I wanted it and saved it.  Then when I went to edit a historical dashboard, under Saved Reports, I was able to change the drop-down menu to Private and bring in the report that I had edited.

You’re using RingCX, right?

Hello @UBofMI,

Regarding customizing columns on the Historical Dashboards (like removing specific Agent ID columns), it is not possible to do this directly.

Historical Dashboards are designed for high-level visualization with fixed data columns for their widgets. They do not offer the same granular column customization that Historical Reports do.

If this is a feature you'd like to see implemented for dashboards, I highly recommend submitting a feature request at the RingCentral Ideas Portal:

https://ideas.ringcentral.com/

Hope this clarifies! 😊
