our service is completely down and we received no email notification. We had to hear it from one of our customers who called a cell phone to one of our employees. This is completely unacceptable and something needs to change as far as their communication on service outages.

Same. The system has been down all day - both inbound and outbound calls. I cannot reach anyone at RingCentral helpdesk - the number is busy and then disconnects. I cannot open a ticket either. What is going on? This is completely unacceptable!!!

Same here, haven't had service all day, unacceptable, glad their billing systems never have any issues.

Anyone able to get through to “customer service or technical support”? Sat on hold for an hour and then got hung upon.
