Hi, Is it possible to automatically pause and resume the call recording based on an application or specific webpage being opened? Here is the scenario: Customer calls and wants to make a card payment over the phone. Instead of the agent having to manually pause and resume the recording, could this be done automatically when the payment gateway is opened and closed on the PC?

I don't think this is possible. There is no reliable way to get such events for triggering pause and resume action. Also, what if the customer calls from their mobile phone and does the payment on their PC?
