We have some agents that use only the RC Chrome App, through the API we send ringout calls to these agents, the phone never rings when I check the Call Log, I see:
Action: RingOut Web
Result: IP Phone Offline
For all the calls started from the API. I appreciate any help. Thank you.
If you are testing on sandbox, ring-out has an issue right now in the sandbox environment. We are trying to resolve the problem as soon as we can.
