Seeking API Developer

We had to move away from Ring Central and go to Five9 because of this problem and really want to come back to Ring Central so we are hoping to hire a devleoper that could assist us. We need a online form that is published to a website to pull up automatically based on the call que that is called. Bascally when someone calls que 1 we want the web form for company 1 to come up but when someone calls que 2 we want the company form for que 2 to come up. All forms are websites.
