Can we get stereo call recordings when using these APIs

The related question that I already checked seems to point out that it is supported under `Engage` or Ringcentral Contact Center product but not under Ringcentral MVP product, is this still valid?


There are 2 Developer docs for handling call recording

Please help us understand which RingCentral products these 2 APIs map to so we can advise the customers who need stereo call recordings accordingly.

Also, help us with the required scope for the engage API.

Unfortunately, all call recordings in RingCentral MVP service are saved in a single channel.

RingCX supports stereo call recordings. Please submit a support ticket to get help on RingCX.
