I'm setting up App Connect to integrate RingCentral with GoHighLevel. My team of admins each has their own extension/profile in RingCentral. Do I only need to register one app in App Connect for the whole account, or does each user/extension need a separate app?

Also, if I register the app under my own card but want my offshore admin to use it, can she log in with the same app? If so, what access or credentials would she need from me to use it properly?

Currently the GHL - App Connect app is on a per user basis, so everyone will need tot set it up. This is because any call logging is handled by the App Connect based on the fact that it actively handles these events on the background (runs via the browser). 

In the (very) near feature we will be implementing something that is called server-side logging. This enables you to automatically log calls without the need of everyone signing in to, and making active use of the App Connect window. The RC team is working on making this available to 3rd party integrators.

@PGS_Admn I can confirm that we will be adding server side call logging support for GHL later this week. We will coordinate directly with ​@Jeroen and his team with its roll out.
