Plantronics V5200 Headset use with RingCentral MAC app

I have the Plantronics V5200 Bluetooth headset, I have my MAC app RingCentral setup to integrate with it. I get calls on my MAC and when I try to answer with the headset it does nothing, online it says I should be able to answer, hangup and mute calls. The only way to answer calls is to press "Answer" on the app. Am I missing something? I have the Plantronics Hub installed and it sees my device as a PC connection only since I can't get it to see it in Bluetooth. Any one get this working? Thanks

Hey Scott,

You're not missing something, bluetooth is a little finicky with VoIP. Check out more info on this thread:  https://community.ringcentral.com/ringcentral/topics/using-bluetooth-headset-to-answer-incoming-call-on-mobile-app
