Add feature to desktop softphone to be able to see text line being text. Not just phone app need on desktop also

The desktop app accepts text messages, and allows us to text back, but If a user has multiple phone numbers assigned to them they cannot see which phone line is being text. They have to load the phone app on a Ipad or Phone to look up the phone number. Is it possible to add this feature to the desktop to avoid needing an extra device to look it up? Example in picture I believe it used to be able to a long time ago, but the feature disappeared. Makes it difficult when the phone app is having issues
