When voicemails go through our company’s call queues, they end up on the shared team email with the transcription. We have stopped receiving them as of 3 this morning. Has anyone experienced the same thing? Under notifications for these numbers, Voicemail messages by Email is checked.

@EvanSee I haven’t heard anything about this issue.
