Ring Central should consider adding a feature where you can receive MMS messages on the desktop. Also, a feature where an automated message will be sent out when you receive a message automatically.

Hello WYCOTAX,

We are in the process of rolling out the capability for the softphone (desktop application) to send/receive MMS. So keep a look out!

In regards to the automated message suggestion, please vote on the current feature request: Auto Text Responder
