Bluetooth on mobile app doesn't work for android

I am using a Pixel 6 pro and I can not get the app to work on Bluetooth. My bluetooth works on calls and everything else, but when I use the ring central app bluetooth is not on option. I can only take call on the phone speakers.

Hi Adam

I'm having similar issue with connecting my bluetooth hearing aids. They are connected to my Pixel Pro 7 and work fine on my cell phone number, but when I get a call on my Ring Central number (ported in), bluetooth does not work. Were you ever able to solve this?
