Is there a way to broadcast a voicemail to all of our users? This was a feature on the Av@ya system. We used it for mass notification of weather related office closures, etc. Users could listen to the voicemail or just read the transcribed version in their email.
I know a third-party app can do this. I want to know if we can do this without an add-on.

There is no option to broadcast it to all users, but there is a way to add multiple emails for receiving voicemail notifications, including attachments or transcription. Check the KB Article below and look for Advanced Settings. You may add multiple emails by going to Customize Notifications under Voicemail Messages. Separate the emails by using a comma without spaces.

You can do this by creating a Message Only Extension and adding an email distro with all users in the company. From there, just call the extension, leave your VM and it will email an MP3 and transcript of the message to users in the distro.
