Our company recently got rid of our old telecom system and have moved exclusively to VOIP with ring. Currently, our voicemails are forwarded to a designated email folder in the company email suite. Regular users cannot access voicemail messages from the app. Where can I go to change it so that all users can receive voicemails to the ring application? TK
