Our company's phone transfer to RC was just completed the other day. In the meantime, the desktop app and mobile app had shown temporary phone and fax numbers. We were told that once the transfer was complete these numbers would update.


The mobile app has updated to the correct numbers but the desktop app has not. How can this be fixed?

In the desktop app, ensure to log out and then log back in using your main proper number.
