Last week I started getting the “Message cannot be sent” message after I sent a text and my texts aren’t going through. Several others in my company are having the same issue. Is this due to this TCR/SMS Registration? Is this something only our Administrator can do so our company to be able to text again through Ring Central? How can I find out if our company has to do this or if we have done this already? This is really an inconvenience to not be able to text our clients or reply to incoming texts anymore.
