I have this phone and I am trying to provision it, I have setup all the proxy settings from the provisioning page, when I select Account 1 I get a dial tone, I dial and get the message NO RESPONSE. The handset is showing as offline in the admin console. I have set:-
Sip Proxy: sip.ringcentral.co.uk
Outb Proxy: sip30.ringcentral.com:5090
User Id :441423xxxxxx
Auth Id: 80xxxxxxxxx7
Password:xxxx
Transport UDP
Audio: PCMU
Device has IP address and date and time is correct, does say Not Registered next to Account 1
