I would like to provide better visual signals for our different helplines so they can see which queue is ringing. How do I set the profile picture for a queue? I can set the profile picture for a contact but if I upload one for a queue it is only visible to me. I am an admin. We use the Avaya Cloud Phone App.

Hi Mary, When I look at the call queue details in service.cloudoffice.avaya.com there is no email or password fields so I am stumped how to log on. Those fields are present in the config for general user extensions just not on the queue screens. I tired the phone number, extension and voicemail PIN but that did not work. Any ideas?
