I'm trying to look up faxes that I sent last month. I see the fax log but it only goes back to August. Is there a way to see further back?

It's not that obvious, but in the call log if you click the box where it defaults to "Last 7 Days" it'll also bring up a calendar. Use the arrows to change the months that are showing. Click the first date (the "from" date) and then click the last date (the "to" date). Click the blue Apply button.

It should now display that date range's records instead.

It'll depend on your account type and if you had HIPPA enabled. Usually you can only see what was sent in the past 30 days.

In the event you need to store data for a longer period of time, you'll want to take a look at the "Archiver" option here: RingCentral for Dropbox

Nicole, thanks.  You can see what was sent there, but I don't see that you can click on any details for example what was actually sent??  Can you get that somewhere?
