When I connect my mobile phone to my Ford Sync, I cannot hear the person on the other end through my speakers. I have an S21U phone, the call comes in through the app, I answer and I cannot hear them. The person on the other end can hear me, but I hear nothing. All other apps work fine.
Anyone else having an issue like this?
