Does RingCentral provide a 'Video Conference Screen Share tool with Web Based Remote Access/Control? When trying out RingCentral, I could't find the Request Remote Control button, in the View Options dropdown. Is this features still supported? Settings seem to be setup well... Maybe it's not part of the Free trial plan?
