Hello,

Android users are currently experiencing blank pages when trying to log into the RingCentral app using Single Sign on. A user can enter their email address but it appears that the redirect to Okta never loads. Has anyone experienced this before, it seems to only be affecting our Android users. Has anyone run into this before?

@Juan Gonzalez Jr., can you please try to uninstall/reinstall your app and try again?


@Mary-Community_Moderator We were able to resolve this issue. It turned out to be a certificate chain issue with our SSO. Once we fixed this, the splash page is now working properly. Thank you!
