RingCentral App (Android) Single Sign On,RingCentral app Single Sign On Blank Page

Hello,

Android users are currently experiencing blank pages when trying to log into the RingCentral app using Single Sign on. A user can enter their email address but it appears that the redirect to Okta never loads. Has anyone experienced this before, it seems to only be affecting our Android users. Has anyone run into this before?

@Juan Gonzalez Jr., can you please try to uninstall/reinstall your app and try again?

Hi @Juan Gonzalez Jr. It is currently a known issue. Our Product Team is already working on a resolution for this. For your reference, the case ID is COOPS-6863.

@Mary-Community_Moderator We were able to resolve this issue. It turned out to be a certificate chain issue with our SSO. Once we fixed this, the splash page is now working properly. Thank you!
