Ever since RingCentral activated MFA about 10 days ago, our deskphones are slow. Each press of a deskphone button has a delay across all users. We use a product named Bridge Operator Console at our Reception Desk. I called the BOC technical support and they say HUNDREDS of RingCentral customers are experiencing slowness and that RC is very aware of the issue. How can I get information on this?
