We would like to enhance our ring central account to be able to send simple surveys to customers via SMS after communicating with them via phone and text messaging in the Ring Central app. Then we want to gather the responses to produce reports - in excel or another app if we must integrate another app. Does this capability exist or can it be added?

Hey Rose, we don't offer this capability at the moment
I know this is a late reply, but you can use Postcall to do this, if you're happy integrating an external tool.
You can definitely export the results to Excel if you wanted to run your own reports, although Postcall has its own dashboards as well.
