Hello. I am a tech and I'm working with a user who will sometimes get a "Your call is parked at location *801" message when ending a call. There's not an option to disconnect, and the only thing the user can do is close out RingCentral Phone and reopen. Then it is gone.

I've purged the data and deauthorized the machine. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the latest RingCentral Phone v21 on the Windows 10 Pro machine.

Out of a few hundred users, this is the only user that this is happening to.

Has anyone come across this issue?
