I’m enjoying the new templates for custom rules, which is saving me a lot of time applying 2025 holiday schedules to queues.
But a question: In step 2 (see below) when I set up call handling there’s a link to the Greeting & Hold Music. Is this greeting for use only when calls match the rule, or is this the same greeting used all the time?
This would be a very awesome feature if it was unique to calls that match the rule………..
