My company using Ring Central messaging all day long, which is great, however it would be really nice if folx could flag a message they're posting in Glip to be urgent/important. Ideally, that would make the icon in the tray flash or pop-up and trigger an automatic email if the message isn't responded to within a minute or so. I know this is a feature you can do with Teams and we're struggling to make the case for using RC instead of teams. This would go a long way for our users adopting the tool.
